The Matrix
Top-down, bottom-up, with a middle outcome.
The epistemological dispositive, as a symbolical cipher of the formal intuition, is here enacted by the Paradigmatic Matrix (the Matrix), an archetype of the collective consciousness, a three-layered structure at the base of the perceived reality declined across the project in four instances as a three-layered cubic structure exemplifying the higher, the medial, and the lower planes of manifestation, respectively the esoteric, the exoteric and the porous mesoteric consciousness integrating the top-down and bottom-up energetic flows into a middle outcome on its axes of symmetry, giving rise to the mesoteric membrane between the eso and the exo dimensions allowing the flow to and from both ends.
In the Eye metaspace, the Matrix is a transparent cubic exoskeleton shaping up on its middle plane of manifestation the livre d’artiste Meetings with Remarkable Women, the Red Book. In the Cave metaspace, inside the Cave/venue, the Matrix is a three-layered cubic stage upon and around which the opera Cave 3.0 is performed.
Whithin each Nodal Partners‘s operational field is a Virtual Matrix, a metaspace transcending the ordinary physical realm, marrying the higher and the lower into one single middle outcome, a teleportal to another plane of reality, another dimension with a far-sighted outlook onto the unknown.
There are nine Virtual Matrices altogether: five located at the Nodal Partners in New York City between The Eye and The Cave metaspaces outlining the axis mundi on the territory, and one extra muros in Rome, Italy, at the first endpoint of the biographic orthogonal axis eventis in Act 1; one sited at the UNHQ and another at the MoMAPS1 both in New York in Act 2; and the last one sited at the International Court of Justice in the Peace Palace in The Hague.
In the UNGA side event Awareness, Culture, and Self-sustainable Development in the Digital Age… & Beyond, the Matrix acts as a methodological paradigm bringing together, in a physical space, top-down (UN, diplomats, institutions, policymakers, academia, etc.) with bottom-up (artists, cultural activists, civil societies, local communities, etc.) representatives to shape up the middle outcome of the meeting.
